Do you think my friends hair just looks longer because she is short?

Well she's like 4'10 or 5'0, something like that, i'm 5'7. I always wondered why my hair always looked short and hers grew so fast! Her hair is like down to her *** and seems as if it grows so fast! Whereas my hair seems like it takes forever to grow and never really looks very long. I was thinking about it and thought if my hair was taken off my head and put on her head it would look a lot longer on her than what it does on me, and if her hair was taken off of her head and put on my head it would look a lot shorter. Right?
