Is it illegal to sell baseball tickets in Florida?

I got 4 tickets to the Marlins game (Marlins vs. LA Angels) but I don't know if ticket scalping is legal or not in Florida. Also, if it is legal, how much money do you think I could sell them for? The game's at Sun Life Stadium and I got tickets for section 140.
