How many christians follow the "Noachide Laws"?

Me, I do not follow these laws. I do my best not to be like the Pharisees- washing the outside of my cup while the inside is dirty. Because Jesus paid the price for our sins, my inside is permanently clean by grace. There is no law of Noah or Moses to which I must live by. I will follow my Lord and savior, Yeshua Hameshiah.
