Best .22 semiauto rifle?

Hi. I am looking for a reliable, durable, and fairly accurate .22 semiautomatic for a low price. I have considered the following: Ruger 10/22, Remington 552 speedmaster, Marlin model 60, Henry U.S Survival .22, and the Remington 597. In your opinion, of the ones i have considered, which is the best choice? And also, is there any great other .22 semiautos or pump actions i should consider?
