Do you think that collision at home plate last night in the Giants / Marlins game was?

I think a hitting a defensless player is ALWAYS a dirty play... and after watching the replay a couple more times, the guy could have easily avoided a collision and been safe. Posey wasn't blocking the plate like some catchers do and you know the guy had it in his mind to hit him no matter what.
